Supporting The Weber CommunityOur PTO is dedicated to building a strong, connected school community where every student, teacher, and staff member feels supported and valued. Throughout the year, the PTO helps enrich our school experience by:
Supporting teachers and staff with classroom resources and appreciation events
Organizing fun family events that bring our community together
Raising funds to provide programs, equipment and experiences that benefit every student.
Whether you have an hour to volunteer, an idea to share, or want to stay informed, there’s a place for you in our PTO.
Each year, Weber PTO spends approximately $12,000 to support Weber Elementary’ s students and staff by funding programs and services that are not covered by the Iowa City Community School District or the Iowa City Community School District Foundation.
The Weber Elementary PTO has a goal of raising $5,000 by the end of December 2026. By raising much of the funds needed to cover expenses for the entire school year, we all will have the opportunity to focus on creating a strong school community rather than fundraising.
